The proposal to locate solar panels plus an access road on three agricultural fields that is within Greenbelt and visible from AONB (area of outstanding natural beauty) and partially within AGLV (area of great landscape value) to the west of the area allocated for around 2,100 homes plus ameneties is open for comments on the Guildford planning portal
